maaf,saya mau minta penjelasan yang lengkap dan rinci tentang adjective clause,beserta contoh-contohnya

khususnya bagaimana cara membedakannya penggunaan whom dan whose?

Here is a brief review of adjective clauses and relative pronouns.

An adjective clause is used to describe a noun:
The car, which was red, belonged to Young-Hee.

A relative pronoun is usually used to introduce an adjective clause:
Young-Hee, who is a Korean student, lives in Victoria.

The main relative pronouns are:

Who: used for humans in subject position::
Hans, who is an architect, lives in Berlin.

Whom: used for humans in object position::
Marike, whom Hans knows well, is an interior decorator.

Which: used for things and animals in subject or object position::
Marike has a dog which follows her everywhere.

That: used for humans, animals and things, in subject or object position (but see below)::
Marike is decorating a house that Hans designed.

There are two main kinds of adjective clause:

Non-defining clauses: give extra information about the noun, but they are not essential:
The desk in the corner, which is covered in books, is mine.
(We don't need this information in order to understand the sentence. "The desk in the corner is mine" is a good sentence on its own -- we still know which desk is referred to. Note that non-defining clauses are usually separated by commas, and that is not usually used in this kind of context.)

Defining clauses: give essential information about the noun:
The package that arrived this morning is on the desk.

(We need this information in order to understand the sentence. Without the relative clause, we don't know which package is being referred to. Note that that is often used in defining relative clauses, and they are not separated by commas.)

Dear my friends who participates in this contest,

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent and the Merciful.
All praises be to Allah SWT, the lord of the world, the master of the day after, the creator of everything in this Universe, where he has no partner. He has also given us such deeply enjoyable, particularly faith and healthy comfort, hence, we could attend here in a good situation.
Peace and Salutation be upon our prophet Muhammad SAW, who has taught us the cardinal principles of the unity of God, obliged us to confess it with the tongue and believe it in the heart. He also has brought us from the darkness to the brightness, from stupidity to cleverness, in the other word “Minazzhulumaati Ilannuur”

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Indeed, it is very great pleasure for me in this precious chance to deliver my speech to the most honorable audiences entitled:
COMMEMORATION OF NATIONAL EDUCATION DAY

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Last week our country commemorated of national education day May 2, 2007 .On the day, every cavities of education commemorated it, to remember the struggle of Ki Hajar Dewantara who was born on that day. Why commemoration of educational day must be held? Why every May 2, every people in Indonesia commemorate it as a National Education Day?. It because a commemoration have mean philosophical and pedagogical meaning referring to the last time. I think commemoration National Education Day is intended to improve people’s consciousness, if education is very important and needed by all people to run of their life and become to be better for the future, in this world or in the day after.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Furthermore, in my opinion why national education day is commemorated, because it will motivate every cavities of education to understand the importance of education. So that, the next they will be more diligently and be better in doing their duty. For example every students must learn diligently to reach their ambitions, teachers must do their duty with full responsible and dedication. Likewise, officials who design rules about education if they have consciousness and high motivation they will be better again in do their job.
So that, it will be created good human resources and we must know if education will make creative, standalone and responsible people. And don’t forget the educational for all people.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
For all my friends who participate in this selection of students’ achievement, will invite you to figure out the heroism of Ki Hajar Dewantoro as founding father and struggler in Education area some times ago. We are young generations and also expectation of our nation, who will fight for our country and religion in the future. We are young generations as a symbol of spirit which never overcame, we are young generations as a symbol of courage which never fade, and we are young generation as a symbol of power which never destroy. On our back, what will be happened in our Nation exist for the future time. Good or bad the existence of this country is depending on us. Therefore, I hope this momentum can make us become a good in quality, a good achievement, so that we can give the best things for our country particularly Sukabumi regency.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I think it’s completely enough for me to this point. The wrong utterances are caused by limitation of my ability and the right one is merely from Allah SWT. So, I beg your pardon, finally I say.

(At lunch time, Machiko and Roberto were hungry. They found a restaurant near the college. The menu looked very good. They chose a table at the salad bowl, sat down, and read the menu. Then they waited. They waited for a long time. At last the waiter comes.)

Waiter : Yes?

Machiko : I’d like salad fruit, please.

Waiter : Cottage cheese, yoghurt, or sherbet?

Machiko : Er, yoghurt, please.

Waiter : Anything else?

Machiko : Yes, I’ll have some bread and a glass of white wine.

Waiter : (to Roberto) and you?

Roberto : The chef’s salad – large, with bread and red wine, please.

(After the waiter left)

Machiko : The waiter was unfriendly, wasn’t he?

Roberto : No, not unfriendly. He was rude.

(Michiko and Roberto waited more than ten minutes. Their food finally arrived.)

Roberto : Large? This is small salad.

Machiko : And this is sherbet instead of yoghurt.

Roberto : The bread is hard.

Machiko : It’s not fresh at all. It’s stale. I can’t eat it.

Roberto : And I can’t drink this wine chilled. It’s warm.

Machiko : Terrible. There’s no butter for the bread, either.

Roberto : Where’s the waiter?

Machiko : I don’t know. He’s probably gone to lunch at another restaurant

saya ingin bertanya, saya mau minta contoh naskah dialog yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang yang menggunakan introducing, offering, invite dan sama di awal permulaan samapi akhir menggunakan expression seperti hal nya luar negeri yang sedang bearada di tempat itu serta situationnya yaitu at the movies, first day school, in hospital, match basket ball, and in airport. expressionnya seperti berada di airport misalkan.

Jogjakarta

                On Wednesday, my students and I went to Jogjakarta. We stayed at Dirgahayu Hotel which is not far from Malioboro. On Thursday, we visited the temples in Prambanan. There are three big temples, the Brahmana, Syiwa, and Wisnu temples. They are really amazing. We visited only Brahma and Syiwa temples, because Wisnu temple was being renovated. On Friday morning, we went to Jogja Kraton. We spent about two hours there. We were lucky because we were led by a smart and friendly guide. Then we continued our journey to Borobudur. We arrived there at four p.m. At 5 p.m. we heard announcement that Borobudur gate would be closed. In the evening we left for Jakarta by Wisata bus.

The Tasmanian devil

The Tasmanian devil is a marsupial – an animal that feeds and carries its young in a pouch. It lives only in Tasmania and was called a devil by the early European settlers because of its fierce appearance and loud screeching.
The devil is the same size as a small dog. It has a large head, a stocky body and a short, thick tail. While the fur is mostly black, there are often white markings on the back and chest. Because the devil is a nocturnal animal (it is active at night), it spends the days in the dense bush and hunts for food after dark.
While it can catch prey the size of a small wallaby the devil often feeds on the bodies of dead sheep and cows from farms. Its very powerful jaws and teeth enable it to eat bones and fur as well as the meat. Farmers are pleased that devils stop the spread of disease by removing the rotting bodies of dead animals. Groups of devils eat together from the same carcass – body of a dead animal – and they are such noisy eaters that they can be heard for several kilometers.
Devils breed in March and the young are born in April. While more are born, only two or three babies survive to live in their mother’s pouch for four months. They move with their mother into a whole or a hollow log until they are ready to live on their own in the bush at the end of December. Devils live until they are seven or eight years old.
Recently adult devils have been affected by cancer. This begins with lumps around the mouth and spreads to the face and neck. Scientists are studying the cancers so they can find out the cause and save the devil population in Tasmania.

sea horse

Many people imagine the sea-horse to be real horse living in the sea. This is not true at all. The sea-horse is so called because it is a tiny creature with a horse – liked head which lives in the sea.

Sea – horse are found mostly in warm seas. They have a long, flexible tail which is used for wrapping around weeds for support. They swim I upright position, their movements being helped by a rapidly oscillating fin on their back. The male sea – horse lays her eggs in this pouch.

The most remarkable thing about the sea – horse is that part of the process of reproduction is taken over by the male creature. One the female sea – horse has laid her eggs in the male creature’s pouch, she leaves. The hatching of the egg is done by the male fish.

Mating begins with the male and the female sea – horses doing courtship dance. The male and female creatures swim around each other in circles. At the end of the dance, the male appears to bow to its partner; but in actually, the male is banding to pump water from his pouch. Next, the female fish lays eggs into the male’s pouch. About two hundred eggs are laid. The pouch, then close up. The female sea-horse now swims away, leaving the male sea-horse to do hatching.

The eggs are hatched about a month later. The young sea-horses are ejected from the male creature’s pouch by means of muscular contractions.

The sea – horse feeds on tiny fish the creatures sucking them into its month.
