Detective stories were considered badly organized that contained many things that could not be real; however, he found many of them interesting. That up to now many people in the world still read the adventures of Sherlock Holmes, that the character is admirable. The character was taken from one of his former professors, Joseph Bell whom he admired. He could tell accurately every one’s job, character, or disease although the professor had not met the person before. He always did something down to the smallest details. He could be the hero of his detective stories by the name of Sherlock Holmes as in “A Study in Scarlet” written in 1887. His short stories were written while his leisure time in his office as doctor of eye-specialist, being patient rarely come to have him examine – whereas he abandoned the profession at last.
The most interesting thing of his detective stories is they always seem so real that people never get tired of reading them. Each adventure begun with an interesting scene or situation that the readers feel they are a part of the scene and the adventures. Besides, the detective thinks fast. He can often tell in advance what crimes are going to happen. The incidents in the stories often make the readers smile or laugh. There are many things that the readers can learn from the fast-thinking hero’s adventures, told by his friend Dr. Watson.

Pembelahan mitosis adalah pembelahan sel dengan melalui tahapan Profase, Metafase, Anafase dan Telofase. Sel anak identik dengan sel induknya, sama - sama memiliki jumlah kromosom 2n (diploid). Terjadi pada sel somatis atau sel tubuh yang mengalami pertumbuhan.
Pembelahan meiosis adalah pembelahan reduksi dimana jumlah kromosom sel anak hanya setengah dari jumlah kromosom induknya. Terjadi pada sel kelamin (sel telur dan sel spermatozoida)
Hubungan keduanya adalah sama - sama pembelahan sel yang terjadi dalam organisme multiseluler.

My name is Romanus and I live in Yogyakarta. I’m a third-year high school student who failed the national final examination, in May 2006. I got 3 in Math, even though I got 8,60 in English and 9,20 in Indonesian. And those who got a 5 in all subjects passed. It’s very ironic.
The government decides that students pass only on the result of the final examination (UAN) without considering the student’s learning process, which lasts three years. My question is, “Can the final examination guarantee the quality of education in this country?”
The worst thing is that I was admitted to the school dentistry at Gajah Mada University. Now I must face the reality that I’ve lost my chance and my dream is shattered.
I would say that the UAN is not everything. Therefore, the government should consider allowing the students who failed in the first final exam to take another test.

Last holiday, I took a visit to my uncle in Bogor.
One Sunday morning, my cousin and I have a look to the city. We traveled by tram.
When we arrived at the railway station in Depok, we bought two tickets then we waited for the tram. After a moment, the tram arrived. It was crowded. We got on among the people. The tram began to move and ran along the way. It stopped regularly in every station we passed.
On the tram I questioned to myself how would the conductor check the tickets in such compartment and when I got off in Jakarta station, no conductors did it. I felt tired of keeping the tickets on my hand. So I threw them somewhere.
When we wanted to get out the station, a guard stopped us at the gate checking the tickets. “Oh my God, “I have thrown them away,” I said. Avoiding to have a quarrel, we bought two other tickets for an exit.
