Maria, a little digunakan untuk benda yang tidak dapat dihitung (non countable nouns)  mis, milk, marmalade, money, time, dll.
a few digunakan untuk benda yang dapat dihitung (countable nouns) mis,  bottles of milk, jars of marmalade, dollars, minutes, dll.

Examples:
He has a little money left.
He has a few dollars left.

1. Limit jumlah suatu deret geometri tak hingga 15 dan suku pertamanya adalah 5, berapa rasionya ?

   gunakan rumus S ~ =  a / (1 - r)

   S ~ = 15 , a ( suku pertama ) = 5

            15 = 5 / (1- r)

             15 - 15 r = 5

              10 = 15 r

                r = 2/3 ( jadi rasionya = 2/3 )

2. Diketahui barisan bilangan ( 3k - 2 ), ( 3k + 1 ), 5k.agar bilangan tersebut membentuk barisan aritmatika nilai k adalah.....

    ciri barisan aritmatika adalah  U₂ - U₁ = U₃ - U₂

                                                (3k + 1) - (3k -2) = 5k - (3k +1)

                                                  3 = 2k- 1

                                                   2k = 4

                                                     k = 2

Jadi barisan aritmatika yang dimaksud adalah ; 4, 7, 10, ...

Ahmad, berikut saya beri contoh 2 text yang ada conditional nya. Bentuk conditional saya garis bawahi.

Adoption is the process by which people take a child who was not born to them and raise him or her as a member of their family. By law, adopted children differ from foster children. An adopted child has all the legal rights of a member of the family that raises him or her. A foster child does not.
Parents place their children up for adoptions for many reasons. Some parents feel they cannot adequately care for their off springs because of health or economic conditions. Some others, especially unwed parent, may not want to raise a child.
But there are couples who cannot have children of their own. Adoption gives them opportunity to raise a family. They can get one from an adoption agency if they have all the requirements asked.
State laws prohibited adoption agencies from revealing the identity of the natural parents to the adoptive parents. These laws also forbid agencies from disclosing the identity of the adoptive parents to the natural parents. In some states, the law permits adopted persons who are at least 18 years old to see their birth certificates including the natural parents’ names.
On the contrary, many adopted people worked to change the laws. They argued that people have a right to know their identity. They said that keeping secret their adoptions records violate their right.
On the other hand, many people feel adoption records should be kept secret. If not, natural parents might change their minds years later and take the child away from the parents who raised him or her.
Some experts advise that a child should know of the adoptions by the age of 6 or 7. Surveys have shown that most adopted children develop normally.

Nuclear power is generated by using uranium, which is a metal mined in various parts of the world. The first large-scale nuclear power station was opened at Calder Hall in Cumbria, England, in 1956.
Some military ships and submarines have nuclear power plant for engines. Nuclear power produces around 11% of the world’s energy needed, and produces huge amounts of energy. It causes no pollution as you’d get when burning fossil fuels.
The advantages of nuclear are as follows:
1. It costs about the same as coal, so it’s not expensive to make
2. It doesn’t produce smoke or carbon dioxide, so it doesn’t contribute to the greenhouse effect.
3. It produces huge amounts of energy from small amount of uranium.
4. It produces small amounts of waste.
5. It is reliable
On the other hand, nuclear power is very, very dangerous. It must be sealed up and buried for many years to allow the radioactivity to die away. Furthermore, although it is reliable, a lot of money has to be spent on safety because if it does go wrong, a nuclear accident can be a major disaster.
People are increasingly concerned about this. In the 1990’s nuclear power was the fastest growing source of power in many parts of the world. In 2005, it was the 2nd slowest-growing.

Boarding School Education (title)

There are many arguments in favor of a boarding school education. Nevertheless, the boarding school is not always the best education institution for everyone. (thesis)
At an early age interacting and communicating with people is very important for a child’s personal life and can be especially helpful for his/her future. In a boarding school, shy children can take advantage of interaction through communal activities. The boarding school also offers a great variety of activities such as arts, sports, and music that allow children to demonstrate and develop specialized skills in their free time. (argument)
Furthermore, the structured way of life and strict rules at the boarding school may helps students to get used to a well ordered way of life. The manners and social skills will help them to become more responsible and confident, and to develop their talents in leadership. Professionally trained teachers and educators in the boarding school can offer excellent education without the parents’ constant supervision. (argument)
In spite of these good points, it is not advisable to send a child to a boarding school if he/she is a dependent learner. A boarding school usually demands that student learn independently. In addition, the boarding school should not be seen as a measure to solve inappropriate behavior or unsatisfactory study performance. Instead of improving, problematic children may close off their relationship with their peers and teachers. (argument)
In conclusion although a boarding school may provide good education to many children, it is not recommended for those who are strongly attached to their families. They may become frustrated and socially isolated. (recomendation)

Assalamualaikum, maaf bapak/ibu guru mau nanya.  1. Jika lim _x→n (x+1) = lim _x→n (2x-3) , maka tentukan nilai dari:       a. lim _x→n (x+1)       b. lim _x→n (x²-16) 2. Jika lim _x→5 [(4x²-3ax-25) / (x²-bx)] = 5 , berapakah nilai a + b ? 3. Jika lim_x→7 [(x²-6x-7) / (x²-10x+21)] = a , berapakah nilai dari     lim _x→a [(4x²-7x-2) / (3-√(4x+1))] ?  Mohon bantuannya segera dan sebelumnya saya ucapkan terima kasih.Wassalam.

    kita cari n dahulu  n + 1 = 2n - 3

                                      -n = -4

                                        n = 4

    a. lim _x→4 (x+1)   = 5   b. lim _x→4 (x²-16)= 0

2. silahkan coba a = 5 dan b = 5  , a + b = 10
